Peer Supervision Program
At Tabuk Villája, we take growth seriously and support it with our Peer Supervision program.
What is peer supervision?
Every situation where peer professionals support each other, either professionally (like case discussions, sharing dilemmas) or for mental well-being (like self-reflection, working through personal difficulties).
How does it work?
In the PS Program, you work in pairs. During your meetings, you can share your own professional and personal challenges, obstacles, and dilemmas with each other; you can also use the time for case discussions or to learn advisory techniques.
The goal is mutual support, experience exchange, and reflection in a collegial environment.
You can form fixed pairs for the entire period or meet as many of your colleagues' diverse working styles as possible from occasion to occasion. You can use the office on Körút (1st floor) during designated time slots in person, and you also have the option for an online format.
What's the use?
helps prevent isolation,
provides a safeguard against burnout,
boosts your professional confidence,
enhances your self-reflection and professional identity,
supports the quick integration of newcomers,
and extra reinforces community cohesion.
Peer supervision does not replace supervision or personal therapy but complements them as an ongoing professional-social support.
